For coaches and small publishing teams

Manage your authors, your team, and every book launch.

Everything in Pro, expanded to 10 active books—with staff task assignments, book-by-book access, and a place to work with your clients.

$149/month · Up to 10 active books · No separate invitation fees

03 → 10

Room for more client books.

Manage up to ten active launches in your portfolio, with the complete planning tools you already get in Pro. Pause or archive a book to free up a slot.

A name on every task

Make responsibility clear.

Assign each task to one staff member. Teammates can focus on their own work, while you see who owns the next step across your books.

Access by book

Bring clients into the work.

Invite authors to their books and discuss tasks with them. Keep internal comments, Notes, Budget, and Resources out of the client view.

Pro or Studio?

Plan your own launches. Or coordinate everyone’s.

Pro gives you the tools to manage your books. Studio adds the capacity and collaboration to manage books with staff and clients.

Studio in practice

One task. One owner. The right people in the conversation.

An editor needs the author’s final wording before a listing can go live. Studio keeps the assignment, the client’s response, and the task’s status together, so everyone involved can see the next step.

Choose Studio

01

Assign the next task

Assign Morgan to the listing task. It appears in Morgan’s own work view.

02

Keep feedback with the task

Ask the author for the revised wording in a client-visible comment. Internal comments stay with the team.

03

See progress across the team

When Morgan finishes, the updated task status is reflected in your launch progress.

Before you upgrade

A few practical answers.

Who is Studio for?

Book coaches working with several authors, small publishers coordinating releases, and teams sharing launch responsibilities. If you manage up to three books on your own, Pro gives you the complete planning tools.

Does everyone need a paid subscription?

No. The owner pays for Studio. Invited staff and clients can join with free Lite accounts and work within the access you give them. Their own books and personal subscriptions remain separate.

What can a client see and do?

Clients see only the books shared with them and can read and add client-visible task comments. They do not see internal comments, Notes, Budget, Resources, or unrelated books. Task assignments are for staff; clients participate through discussion.

What happens to my existing Pro books?

Your current portfolio upgrades in place. Your books, tasks, progress, notes, budget records, and resources stay where they are. Your three active-book slots become part of Studio’s ten.

What counts toward the ten-book limit?

Only active books count. Paused and archived books remain saved without using a slot. Publication does not automatically archive a book, so you can keep managing post-launch work.
